Two years ago, with heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our dear Tony. We cherish the memories, adventures, and stories from his time with us and how those times have shaped us into who we are today. Prior to his passing, Tony wished he could have “just had 10 more years” and in honor of that the 10 for Tony Fund was created to carry on his legacy for 10 years.

The FORevHER Tar Heels is a Rams Club and Department of Athletics initiative that continues to build a community to champion women through financial support of the 15 UNC women’s teams, scholarships, facilities, and a mentorship program pairing 70 current student-athletes with professional mentors.

Guy B. Phillips Middle School & Chapel Hill High School

The Chapel Hill High School scholarship recipient, NaTasja Jeter, was one of the three Chapel Hill Public School Foundation scholarship recipients interviewed on the WCHL “Speaking of Schools” radio show. The fund also paid for a Guy B. Phillips Middle School student to attend a camp.

So far we have raised over $52,000 in pledges and donations towards our $70,000 goal to continue making an impact in the lives and communities dear to Tony for the next nine years.
